Gardens closing at 2pm (last entry 12:45) on 13th, 18th, 24th & 29th January.
The Gardens are an accessible attraction, with disabled-friendly features such as parking, a wheelchair and mobility vehicle route. Currently we do not have wheelchairs or mobility vehicles to hire out or borrow.
Designated parking is available in the first row of the main car park, 50 metres from the Gardens entrance.
Wheelchairs and scooters are not available for hire. If you are a wheelchair user, we recommend you bring an all-terrain, wide-based wheelchair for access around the wheelchair and mobility vehicle route.
The paths at the Gardens are gravel and some areas are very steep due to the natural topography. There is a wheelchair and mobility vehicle route, which follows an abbreviated route over gravel paths, some rough terrain and sloping paths.
Those who are able to show documentary identification of disability (i.e. blue / orange badge or similar) will be able to purchase a Disabled Visitor ticket, which is half the standard entry. Disabled visitors carer pay half the standard entry as well.
Toilets are located for visitors with disabilities to the rear of the Café at the entrance.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the Gardens on a short non-extendable lead.
